Kaeluc Con is a virtual convention that brings together fans who enjoy Kaeya❄️ and Diluc🔥 from Genshin Impact as a romantic pair. The event lasts 72 hours (3 full days) and will be hosted through Pictsquare, a website made for online venues in which vendors are able to display merchandise and have interactions with attendees just like an in-person convention.

Pictsquare allows vendors to set up their own booths with unique displays and directly chat with participants. Each vendor will sell their own original content of Kaeluc, whether that's pre-order or ready-made. Attendees will view vendor shops directly from booths for purchases. No payments will be processed through Pictsquare! Pictsquare is simply used as a venue for the convention and hosting vendor booths. The event pages for Kaeluc con will be released prior to the convention.

Kaeluc Con will provide a Discord server for the event, an online chat app that allows you to communicate with people from around the globe. Pictsquare already allows direct communication between vendors and attendees, but the Kaeluc Con Discord server will provide alternative communication and another way to interact without using Pictsquare.

Along with having vendors, Kaeluc Con will have a showcase! Artists, writers, and cosplayers will be able to submit their work to be showcased on the website to celebrate Kaeluc. ❤ Kaeluc con staff will also have their own booth that will directly link to the showcase.To top it off, Kaeluc con will host interactive activities with exclusive prizes! Each activity will have multiple winners with worldwide shipping covered! There will also be several Welkin Giveaways during the con!

Admission Guidelines


✧ There is no entry fee for Kaeluc Con. It is 100% free to attend!

As of 2025, Kaeluc con is rated Adult(18+), so attendees must be over the age of 18 to attend. Some booths will feature 18+ content and will still be marked accordingly. If at any point you are found to be below the age of 18, you will be banned.

✧ Kaeluc con will be hosted on Pictsquare, a Japanese website that hosts virtual venues. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO SIGN UP BEFORE THE CONVENTION! It is also very beneficial to learn basic navigation for the website so you do not find yourself lost!Further information and thorough tutorials can be found on the Pictsquare page!

✧ A few days before Kaeluc con starts, a Discord server will be available for participants to prepare. Invitations for the server will be available a few days prior to the convention. This will be linked on the home page and posted on social media.

✧ Throughout the convention, all participants must be respectful towards each other. The developers of Kaeluc Con will not tolerate any sort of harassment towards attendees or vendors. There is a 0 tolerance policy for this.Any instance of harassment during the convention will lead to the participant being banned from both the Pictsquare venue and Discord server, and blacklisted from attending any future Kaeluc cons.

You are responsible for your interactions and purchases from vendors! A quality test will be made for merchandise sold at the event as well as a check-list to keep track of which vendors have made progress with orders. However, if anything goes wrong (either with your product or the payment) — we ask you to communicate with the vendor and discuss the issue with them.

✧ Mod Aly will be assisting with any participants who need help with purchases. Please contact Financial Mod Aly during the convention if you have any questions.

✧ This year, we also have Aly's Group Shop. If you want to apply to vend for Kaeluc con but aren't confident in manufacturing and producing, Aly's group shop is an easy way to focus on your designs while handing off the administrative work! This will also help participants interested in group orders. Check out Aly's Group Shop for more information!

✧ Discussion of Luckae is prohibited, even with good intention. Kaeluc con is to enjoy Kaeluc no-switch and connect with the community, not for debates over ship dynamics.

Kaeluc Con is currently taking applications for merchandisers interested in becoming vendors! We are looking for 25-50 participants.Applications open October 5th and close November 30th.

Merchandise can be any form of content, whether that's pins, keychains, lanyards, charms, art prints, or digital works. However, you are responsible for the making, selling, packaging, and distribution of your merchandise.During the con, your shop will be hosted on your booth located on Pictsquare. Attendees will view your shop directly from your booth for purchases. No payments will be processed through Pictsquare! Pictsquare is simply used as a venue for the convention and your booths.Pictsquare also allows vendors to communicate with their buyers real-time as well as walk around the venue to chat with others. However, alternative communications will be provided through our Discord server.

After vendors are selected, this page will feature previews and promotions of the vendors.❄️🔥

Aly's group Shop


Want to join as a vendor but aren't confident in producing and manufacturing? Check out Aly's group shop, an easy way to focus on your designs while handing off the administrative work!Aly's group shop has 2 objectives:1. Offer Kaeluc Con customers a simplified shipping option. Instead of paying 5 x $20 = $100 to shop into 5 different shops, they can pay only once, between $5 and $40 (depending on what they order).2. Enable Kaeluc Con Vendors to order some of their merch in bulk with other vendors. This will also save on shipping!

Guidelines


✧ You must be 18+ years or older to become a vendor in Kaeluc Con.

✧ Please have samples of your works in a Google Drive folder.

✧ Previous vendors who have yet to finish all orders from Kaeluc con 2023 & 2024 are ineligible to apply until orders are completed.

✧ Not selling previous Kaeluc or Genshin Impact related merchandise will not affect whether or not you are accepted as a vendor. There is a first time for everything! ❤

✧ This year, we also have Aly's Group Shop. If you want to apply to vend for Kaeluc con but aren't confident in manufacturing and producing, Aly's group shop is an easy way to focus on your designs while handing off the administrative work! This will also help participants interested in group orders. Check out Aly's Group Shop for more information!

✧ If you are new to Pictsquare, no worries! The staff will help you navigate and learn Pictsquare throughout development.

✧ Vendors will be responsible for following the Pictsquare tutorials and signing up for Discord, as well as setting up their booths, preparing and distributing their merchandise, and receiving payments.

✧ Pictsquare charges around $3.90 per booth. (550Y) However, if we can have all vendors register their booths before January, it'll be FREE!!

✧ Kaeluc con staff will select a handful of vendors to be "VIP" status, in which they will be exclusively advertised to help drive participation and visibility of Kaeluc con.

✧ 18+ merchandise is allowed but must be marked as such.

Merchandise cannot display Luckae or imply Luckae. This convention is strictly Kaeluc. At any point before or during the convention, you promote merchandise for Kaeluc con that is specified as Luckae, you will be banned.

AI GENERATED ARTWORK AND NFT'S ARE STRICTLY BANNED. Any instances of a vendor selling AI generated artworks or non-fungible tokens will not only be disqualified, but banned from the convention entirely.

SELLING MERCHANDISE OF STOLEN ARTWORKS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED AND RESULT IN AN IMMEDIATE AND PERMANENT BAN FROM KAELUC CON.

SELLING OR ADVERTISING MERCHANDISE ASSOCIATED WITH KAELUC CON AS LUCKAE BEFORE OR DURING KAELUC CON WILL RESULT IN THE VENDOR BEING PULLED AND BANNED FROM THE EVENT. This convention is specifically for fans of Kaeluc no-switch. If at any time during the development period the vendor feels as though they are no longer interested in Kaeluc no-switch, please respectfully inform staff.

✧ Throughout development, vendors will have a check-in guide to follow until the debut of Kaeluc con, such as registering their booth and the progress of their merch. The staff will also guide vendors through the booth registration period and any issues that arise. This is called the Circle Registration!

✧ After Vendors are selected, you will then be invited to our Discord server for further discussion and development! A link to the server will be sent to the Email provided in your application. You will have one week to join before being disqualified.

Joining the Discord server and following development guidelines are a requirement. Accepted vendors who fail to do this will be disqualified.

✧ Kaeluc Con will be carefully vetting vendor applications, so please send the strongest samples of your work!

Check-in schedule


Per request, we have decided to release the general check-in schedule for vendors. Please keep in mind this is not finalized, and we are aware that many vendors have their own pace. Missing a check-in will not disqualify you from Kaeluc con.

✧ 1st Check in - December 31st, 2024 (Registering)
- Sign up for Pictsquare and register for your booth before the end of the year. It is very quick and easy to do! If you miss this deadline, Pictsquare will charge you around $3.90 (550Y) per booth registration.

✧ 2nd Check in - February, 2025 (Concept Phase)
- Ideas for your merchandise and catalog. Start the set up process for your shop.

✧ 3rd Check in - April, 2025 (Development Phase)
- WIPs and progress should be submitted for both physical and digital works. Your shop should be a WIP. You should be setting up your booth as well.

✧ 4th Check in - June, 2025 (Preparation Phase)
- Ordering your in-stock merchandise and setting up pre-orders. Your booth should be in development and almost done, including decorations and linking your shop. You should be finishing any digital products as well.

✧ Submission - July 1st, 2025 (Finalize)
- Finalize your shop for in-stock items and pre-orders. Submit final works for any digital products. Your shop should be functional and prepared to launch for the con. Your booth should be decorated as well. In-stock merchandise should be ordered and pre-order products should be prepped.

Think of this as getting your entry badge early so you can walk through the doors with ease when the convention begins!

Are there requirements for attending?

Kaeluc con is intended to be an event exclusively for fans who enjoy the dynamic of Kaeluc instead of Luckae.Unfortunately, Luckae is prohibited from being displayed as merchandise or showcased. Any discussion of the topic is strictly forbidden as well, even with good intention. Kaeluc con is to enjoy Kaeluc no-switch and connect with the community, not for debates over ship dynamics.As long as your merchandise or showcase piece isn't explicitly the dynamic of Luckae, your entry will be accepted. To elaborate, dynamics between Kaeya and Diluc that are vague and not exclusively Luckae are welcome.We're sorry for any disappointment!

I heard there was a showcase.
How can I join?


The submission form for the showcase can be found on the Showcase page!We are taking all different forms of fan content! Our main focuses are artworks, cosplay, and fan fiction. Both PAST and NEW works are accepted, as well as NSFW!!There will be a total of 30-40 entries per category which will be displayed as a slideshow on the Kaeluc Con website. There will also be descriptions and links to the original creators. Submissions will open April 1st, 2025 and close June 1st, 2025.To give every participant a fair chance, Kaeluc Con will be taking showcase applicants until the closing deadline, then randomizing the accepted entries after vetting applications. We will try to fit as many applicants as we can until we reach our maximum!

How do I join?


Discord is a text and voice chat service primarily targeted towards gamers, but also used for friend groups, meet-ups, events, and general fun! The biggest feature is that it allows you to join chat servers and connect with other users in real-time.
You are able to use this service both on your web browser and as a downloaded program.

Joining the Discord server and following development guidelines are a requirement for vendors. On the contrary, joining is purely optional for participants, but we strongly suggest it as a mobile alternative for communicating with vendors if Pictsquare is having issues with your phone!A few days before the event is live, the server link will be listed on the home page as well as our social media!

Kaeluc Con 2024 will be held from July 18th 09:00 AM JST - July 21st 08:50 AM JST (GMT+9, 72 Hours)

    Pictsquare requires event pages to be in JST and the event will be live for an entire 72 hours! All timezones will be able to participate. The event pages will be released before the convention for participants to prepare.

    Last year, there was an issue with Picrea in which the venue times aligned with the users personal timezone and not with standard GMT. This is not the case with Pictsquare. Once the countdown reaches zero, the event goes live for everybody!

    There are a total of four(4) main events that will take place during Kaeluc con! Each activity will have multiple winners and exclusive prizes, with worldwide shipping covered! Everybody is encouraged to participate!There will also be several Welkin Giveaways!

    Slimes in a Jar


    This activity is identical to the "Jellybeans in a jar" game. There will be an image displaying a precise amount of ice and fire slimes in a jar. Participants are encouraged to count and guess the overall number of slimes!Whether you'd like to count the exact number of slimes in the picture or simply guess a random number is up to you! The correct number is equal to the number of slimes in the jar, it is not a random number chosen outside of the displayed amount.The link to submit your entry will be featured here as well as the con booth.

    Prizes: Winners will receive exclusive stickers/merch crafted from various artists within Kaeluc con~! The grand prize is to be announced!These prize stickers cannot be found anywhere else and are exclusively made for the winners of these events! There will be a total of 3 winners.Shipping for prizes are free and worldwide! Winners will be announced 72 hours after Kaeluc con has concluded.

    ✧ Winners must consent to disclosing personal information to staff so we may ship your prizes. Your information will NEVER be disclosed!Please note that if your country is not able to receive packages from the US, EU, or SEA, then you will not be able to receive your prize.

    The Scavenger Hunt


    This Scavenger hunt encourages participants to explore the venue map and Kaeluc con website, as well as answer Kaeya & Diluc trivia. This event exclusively takes place during Kaeluc con and ends after the convention concludes.To win, participants must not only submit first, but also get all the correct answers! If there are no participants that get all correct answers, then the highest scores who entered the fastest win. To reiterate, being the fastest to submit does not guarantee a win. You must get correct answers too!The Scavenger hunt list will be on a google form where you’ll submit your answers.

    Prizes: There is a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prize, as well as general winner prizes up to 9th place. This means there are 9 WINNERS IN TOTAL! Winners must consent to disclosing personal information to staff so we may ship your prizes.Shipping is free and worldwide! The prizes are exclusive stickers crafted from various artists within Kaeluc con~! These stickers cannot be found anywhere else and are exclusively made for the winners of these events!Winners will be announced within a week after the con has concluded.     ✧ There are a total of 20 questions.

    ✧ Entries will be taken within a Google Form linked here as well as on the activities booth. The application will list the questions!

    ✧ Entries close after the con ends and winners will be announced within a week after the con has concluded.

    Summer Skin Contest


    The Summer Skin Contest consists of drawing over provided bases of Kaeya and Diluc and designing them the perfect summer fashion! The goal is to dress them up in a summer-themed design, which staff will rank 1st, 2nd, 3rd etc. after deciding which category they fall into. There are 3 categories: Beauty, Cuteness, and Coolness. Staff is looking for entries in which Kaeya and Diluc compliment each other. You can submit up to 2 design sheets.Examples of summer fashion: Swimsuits, large hats, rompers, sandals, sunglasses, tank tops, light-weight fabrics, slip dresses, etc. Feel free to google some outfits and get inspired! (Please do not plagiarize.)You do not have to be a skilled artist for this contest! Bases will be provided and the focus is on the design itself, not the art quality. However your design must be conceivable in order to be accepted.Entries will be taken via Google Forms and images MUST be uploaded to a Google Drive. Submissions open July 1st, 2025 and close at the end of Kaeluc con.

    Prizes


    There is a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place for each category. Each category will have up to THREE (3) WINNERS! This means there will be a potential of 9 WINNERS IN TOTAL!Winners must consent to disclosing personal information to the staff so we may ship your prizes. Shipping is free and worldwide! The prizes are exclusive stickers crafted from various artists within Kaeluc con~! These stickers cannot be found anywhere else and are exclusively made for the winners of these events!Winners will be announced 24-72 hours after the convention has concluded.Please note that if your country is not able to receive packages from the US, EU, or SEA, then you will not be able to receive your prize.

    There are 3 categories: Beauty, Cuteness, and Coolness. Staff is looking for entries in which Kaeya and Diluc compliment each other.

    Beauty: Designs that contain elegance and refinement. Sophisticated attributes.

    Cuteness: Designs that lean towards being adorable and sweet. Cutesy!

    Coolness: Designs that feature intricate details and unique aesthetics. Smart ideas.

    Bases


    This download comes as a .zip file containing:

    ✧ Dress up bases for Kaeya & Diluc, both with 2 selections of hair. Diluc has an optional swimming tube.

    ✧ A .psd file and .csp file featuring the original color and lineart layers to edit, including alt hair layers and swim tube.

    ✧ .jpeg versions of both alts with and without colors.

    ✧ Transparent .pngs featuring versions with and without colors.

    You may: Add accessories as well as adjust Kaeya and Diluc's hands to hold objects if needed, change their colors such as their hair, skin, and eyes, edit Kaeya's eyepatch, edit and make your own hairstyles, edit the tube, add backgrounds.

    You may NOT: Redraw each base in your own art style, change facial expressions, drastically edit the base to the point it's no longer comparable to the original base.

    Your design needs to be visually coherent. To reiterate, we are judging based on your design, not your artistic skill. The only requirement we have is that your design is able to be interpreted and recognized.

    Guidelines

    ✧ You must design both Kaeya and Diluc! The idea is to draw over the base provided and design them complimentary outfits.

    ✧ You MUST use the base! Please remember we are focused on the designs, not the art quality.

    ✧ Switch the bases how you wish! Feel free to pick and choose which versions of the bases you'd like to use.

    ✧ Your design needs to be visually coherent. It does not have to be artistically skilled, but t needs to be clear enough to be interpreted and recognized.

    ✧ You're more than welcome to collab! There will be a section to enter your partners information. If your design is selected, both of you win!

    ✧ Participants are strongly encouraged to theme their designs around Golden Apple Archipelago or "Sunsets & Seashells," however it is not necessary. Design how you wish!

    ✧ To clarify, you will not be submitting into a category, the staff will pick which category you win.

    PLAGIARISM IS FORBIDDEN. If we find out your design was taken from another user or from somewhere online with little to no alterations, this is considered theft. You will be disqualified!If you are inspired by a design and are afraid of being accused of plagiarism, please link whatever inspired you in your submission. No worries!

    SUBMITTING SOMEONE ELSE'S WORK WITHOUT PERMISSION IS CONSIDERED THEFT. You may not submit an application for someone else without permission! Any intentional instance of this will result in a permanent ban from Kaeluc con.

    Avatar Design Contest


    The Avatar Design contests consists of using a Pictsquare avatar base (or your own) to design a unique avatar catered towards Kaeluc Con. The avatar(s) must be Kaeluc! Whether you make Kaeya, Diluc, or both is up to you. There are couple bases as well where two characters can fit onto a base. Think of this almost like a cosplay contest!You do not have to be a skilled artist for this contest! However quality will be considered to an extent.All 12 angles must be completed and the avatar must be functional within Pictsquares venue. You can submit up to 2 designs. There are two voting systems for this contest: Staff & public vote. There is a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd for both, with 6 winners total. Three will be selected from staff, while a general vote will be taken for three more. Attendees will access a google form in which they will cast a vote between 1-5 points for each avatar. Once the con concludes, voting will close and places will be determined by those who received the most points.Entries will be taken via Google Forms and images MUST be uploaded to a Google Drive.     Prizes


    There are two voting systems: Staff & public vote. There is a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd for both with 6 winners total.Winners must consent to disclosing personal information to the staff so we may ship your prizes. Shipping is free and worldwide! The prizes are exclusive stickers crafted from various artists within Kaeluc con~! These stickers cannot be found anywhere else and are exclusively made for the winners of these events!Winners will be announced 24-72 hours after the convention has concluded.Please note that if your country is not able to receive packages from the US, EU, or SEA, then you will not be able to receive your prize.

    Guidelines


    As of 2025, Kaeluc con is rated Adult(18+), so participants must be over the age of 18 to participate in the contest.

    ✧ All 12 angles must be completed and the avatar must be functional within Pictsquare's venue.

    ✧ The image must be 96w x 128h and the background must be transparent. Your avatar must be functional in Pictsquare's venue.

    ✧ Feel free to submit up to 2 avatar designs.

    The avatar(s) must be Kaeluc-based! Whether you make Kaeya, Diluc, or both is up to you. There are couple bases as well where two characters can fit onto a base.

    Feel free to get creative: you don't have to make humanoids! Have an idea of Kaeluc cats? Go for it! Kaeluc aliens? Do it! The more creative, the better!

    ✧ There are two voting systems for this contest: Staff & public vote. The staff will rank three entries from 1st-3rd place. We will also have the entries up for a public vote from 1st-3rd. Attendees will access a google form in which they can cast a vote between 1-5 for each avatar. The highest votes determine the winners.

    ✧ We encourage you to use a free-to-use base, which you will be able to link with your submission. However, users who start from scratch will receive +5 bonus points!

    DURING THE PUBLIC VOTE, APPLICANTS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO ADVERTISE BOT VOTING OR INCENTIVE FOR VOTING FOR THEIR ENTRIES! You can encourage people to vote for you and share the poll, but you are not allowed to give out any sort of bribe for those who do vote for you. If any applicants are found to give bribes or participate in bot voting, your submission will be disqualified and removed.

    YOU MAY NOT USE AN ALREADY MADE AVATAR. Taking an avatar thats already completed whether or not you make edits of your own is considered cheating. Your entry will be disqualified.

    SUBMITTING SOMEONE ELSE'S WORK WITHOUT PERMISSION IS CONSIDERED THEFT. You may not submit an application for someone else without permission! Any intentional instance of this will result in a permanent ban from Kaeluc con.

    Pictsquare is a website made for online convention venues in which vendors are able to display merchandise and have interactions with attendees just like an in-person convention. People will be able to walk around with their own avatars and browse vendor booths, as well as chat with other participants! Pictsquare can be used on both your browser and mobile device.

    How to register for Pictsquare


    (Pictsquare Home Page)

    Displayed above is the Pictsquare home page! Pictsquare's original language is Japanese, however they have now began to implement an English UI. Look to the top right corner with an icon of a globe: this allows you to change the language! Select English and the home page should reload.

    Your home screen should now look like the page above. Take a look at the tabs located at the top- Pictsquare provides their own general tutorials that are available in English. Feel free to review these tutorials as well.Now, click the yellow "Registration" button and you will be taken to the registration page.

    Pictsquare uses Email or Twitter(X) to login. In the past, Pictsquare use to use phone number verification, however this is no longer the case. Staff recommends signing in with your email, however the choice is up to you.

    Enter the Email you'd like to use, complete the captcha, then hit Send. You'll then be prompted to check your email and the email should look like below.

    Click the highlighted link and you'll then be redirected to the rest of the signup pages.

    ✧ Nickname: Whatever name you'd like to go by, most use their usernames.
    ✧ Country of Residence: Japan (DO NOT CHANGE THIS.)
    ✧ Profile Image: Image will be converted to 200 x 200 and must be a JPG, PNG or GIF.
    ✧ Self Introduction: Exactly how it sounds! Feel free to add whatever you'd like about yourself here.
    ✧ Activity Site: This is where you'll put links to your social media or other content. You get 3 slots for this. For vendors, this is where you'll link your shop.
    Click the Confirm button located at the bottom and viola! Your registration is complete!

    To go back and change any previous information, click on your name located on the top-right of the screen to access the dropdown menu, then click "Account Settings."Keep in mind that Pictsquare's English UI is not perfect. Sometimes translations will revert back to Japanese.

    The last thing to keep in mind is that when logging back in with your email, you will be prompted to enter a code sent to your inbox. The email sent to you is identical to the email you receive upon registration. Enter your email and hit login to send the code, then paste in the white box. Examples are shown below.

    Paste the code in the empty space, complete the captcha, and click the black button! You are now logged in!The way you register initially, whether that's email or Twitter(X), is the way you'll login. Even if your Twitter(X) is under the same email, it will be registered as a different account.

    Feel free to contact staff if you are having trouble with your sign-up process. It's important that your account is set up before the con!

    Venue Guide


    An example of Pictsquares venue is pictured below. Each square is a booth, also called a Circle. This is where you will move around and interact!

    Entering the Venue


    When the event page is live, you will be taken to a page that looks similar to this.

    To enter the event, you will simply scroll down and hit the "Enter Venue" button.

    You will be prompted to select an avatar before you enter the venue. Any avatar you've loaded in will be on the very top row. The name you've chosen for your account will also be displayed above.

    Select the avatar you'd like to use and click Enter to load into the venue.

    This map is the base template from Pictsquare and is just for reference. Kaeluc con will have it's own unique map.To move and look around, use the arrow keys. Take a look at the top of the screen where the arrows are pointed as well. The white bar is where you'll enter any messages. Messages will be displayed above your avatar!

    Now take a look to the top right. There are four buttons:
    ✧ Flame Icon: This is where you'll access your Effects and Template phrases, as well as change your Avatar on a whim.
    ✧ Area: If the venue has more than one venue hall, clicking this will display the halls as links so you can toggle between them.
    ✧ Circle: This will show the list of booths featured in the venue. You can also click on their picture to be transported instantly to their booth.
    ✧ Log: Lets you see the chat log of the venue and access the map of the venue.

    Pictsquares venues are also interactive. Every venue has a center message board that everybody can read and post on! This board is located near the center of the venue.

    Booths


    A visual guide for booths is listed below.

    To view a booth, also known as a circle, you will need to enter the booth and click their table!

    Every booth/circle has the following elements:
    ✧ 1) Message Board: You can post a message to the board of whoever owns that table! This is a great way to leave them a surprise nice comment. Other participants can read these as well.
    ✧ 2) Shop Content: It either looks like a red book or a crystal ball. Since Kaeluc con vendors will be using their own websites, there will be a crystal ball located on the table. Clicking the crystal ball will show you the shops information!
    ✧ 3) Booth number: Each table has this as an “address” that helps you locate the artist. Each address is composed of one Hiragana and one number.
    ✧ 4) Table name: the name of the booth/circle.
    ✧ 5) Table sign: Almost like an outside catalog! This displays more information about the booth before you enter and click their crystal ball.

    Displayed above is your home page. Once you first register, Pictsquare will offer to take you on a very brief mini-tutorial. Their guide goes over simple basics for Pictsquare. These pages are displayed below as a slideshow in case you miss it.

    Onto learning our interface! Take a look to your left: These are the tabs you'll use to navigate around Pictsquare!

    The only relevent section is the "Participate in the event" section.Look for Events: This is where you will search for events.
    MY Event: This shows any events you have added to your Favorites or participated in.
    Avatar settings: The settings for the pixel avatar used to walk around the venue.
    Set shipping address: IGNORE THIS! No purchases are done through Pictsquare during Kaeluc con.
    Order history: IGNORE THIS! See above.
    Message board: If you're ever directly messaged, this is where you can access it.
    Test exhibit: Exactly what it sounds like! Use this to test out any avatars you've made for the con, as well as get use to moving around and interacting!

    Your Avatar


    Curious how to customize your avatar for Kaeluc Con? Go to your home page and view the sidebar, then click "Avatar settings," represented by a Ghost icon.

    You will be brought to the page below. The Avatar tab is self-explanatory. There are two other tabs as well: Effects and Template.

    The Effects tab is where you'll upload "effects." An effect plays a .gif over your avatar. Pictsquare also provides a template for this.

    Finally, the Template tab lets you make preset phrases for your avatar.

    You can access these in the venue. These work like any other message and will eventually vanish.

    Customizing your Avatar


    All kinds of Pictsquare avatars can be found around the internet! Some cost money, but many are free! Listed below are a few to start with.

    Circle Registration


    When accepted as a vendor for Kaeluc Con, you will eventually participate in the circle registration! This is the period of time where vendors register their booths at the venue. Booths are also referred to as Circles on Pictsquare.Importantly, Pictsquare charges around $3.90 per booth (550Y). However, if we can have all vendors register their booths before January, it'll be FREE!!

    Registering your Booth/Circle


    To apply for your booth, you will click the Kaeluc con event page which will redirect you to a page similar to this one.

    Scroll all the way down and hit the "Application for Circle participation" button.

    The information needed is very minimal. Your circle name will be the name of your booth (or your shop name.) Circle description is a description of your booth.

    After entering the information and agreeing to the terms, click the black box at the bottom to review your application.

    Pictsquare will show you a summary of everything entered. Review the details and if correct, hit "Apply to participate" to confirm your application. You've now applied for your booth!

    Decorating your Booth/Circle


    After being accepted, you will officially be able to access your booth and its settings. There are only two tabs you need to use: Circle and Space.

    Before we start decorating, the #1 most important step to do first is LINK YOUR SHOP! There's no point in selling products if nobody is able to access it.Linking your shop: Remember that no payments for merchandise will be processed through Pictsquare! To link your shop, access your profile settings, and enter your shop links in the "Activity site" spaces.

    Whenever someone accesses your booth, the links will be displayed like below.

    Now that we've made sure your shop links are set up, lets decorate! To access your booth again, click "MY Event" and the first tab will show you what events you have registered in. Click "Participation application details."

    You should now be back to the application settings again. Click the "スペース"(Space) tab to access your booth settings.

    Displayed above is your booth template. You can decorate this however you wish. Keep in mind the dark wood parts are areas where avatars can't walk through. The size is 224w x 224h pixels.

    The next option is your message board. Every vendor has their own individual message board that participants can post to and read. It's a great way to leave surprise messages! We recommend leaving this on, however it is completely up to you if you choose to turn it off.Next is your Circle cut, which is also known as your promotional image. Think of it as the profile picture for your booth.

    Your "Menu" is considered your catalog! You're encouraged to make your own catalog image that promote your products. When participants view your shop, it is an easy way to list your merchandise before they've clicked your shop link. This pulls a lot of people in!

    If you'd like to test your booth to see what it'll look like, there is a button near the top right that lets you use a test venue. This button can be found in both your application settings and under "MY event."

    Free-to-Use Booth Templates


    Please remember that YOU are in charge of setting up your booth and decorating. Kaeluc Con staff will guide you through the process and answer further questions, but it is your responsibility to prepare and make sure your shop is open before the event goes live. If you don't prepare thoroughly, participants may be unable to access your shop. Make sure you always double check that everything is set up properly!

    The Showcase


    Kaeluc con is looking for all different forms of fan content to display on our website during the convention! Our main focuses are artworks, cosplay, and literature.There will be a total of 30-40 entries per category which will be displayed as a slideshow on the Kaeluc Con website. There will also be descriptions and links to the original creators. For writers, there will be an excerpt taken from your writing and presented on the slideshow. Both PAST and NEW works are accepted!!Submissions will open April 1st, 2025 and close June 1st, 2025.Please note that the showcase is just for fun! Showcase participants are simply submitting works to be shown off by staff during the con. You will not have a booth nor enter the discord early during the development period like vendors will.To give every participant a fair chance, Kaeluc Con will be taking showcase applicants until the closing deadline, then randomizing the accepted entries after vetting applications. We will try to fit as many applicants as we can until we reach our maximum!

    There are 3 submission categories: Artwork, Writing, and Cosplay. You may also submit other forms of content.

    Showcase Guidelines

    NSFW works are permitted to be submitted to the showcase! These works will be featured on a separate tab to prevent immediate access to them.

    ✧ Although only getting one application, you may submit up to three entries. Whether you submit three artworks, or one artwork, one writing, and one cosplay, is up to you.

    What you are submitting is what is being displayed! You will only be able to change your submission under selective circumstances after reaching out to the staff directly. No take backs!

    Luckae is not allowed. However, as long as your submission is not explicitly Luckae or implying Luckae relations, it will be accepted.

    AI GENERATED ARTWORK AND NFT'S ARE STRICTLY BANNED. Any instances of a participant submitting AI generated artworks or non-fungible tokens will not only be disqualified, but permanently banned from the convention.
