Kaeluc Con is a virtual convention that brings together fans who enjoy Kaeya❄️ and Diluc🔥 from Genshin Impact as a romantic pair. The event lasts 3 days and will be hosted through Picrea, a website made for online venues which vendors are able to display merchandise and have interactions with attendees just like an in-person convention.
Picrea allows vendors to set up their own booths with unique displays and directly chat with participants. Each vendor will sell their own original content of Kaeluc, whether that's pre-order or ready-made. Attendees will view vendor shops directly from booths for purchases. No payments will be processed through Picrea! Picrea is simply used as a venue for the convention and hosting vendor booths. The event pages for Kaeluc con will be released a few days prior to the convention.
Kaeluc Con will provide a Discord server for the event, an online chat app that allows you to communicate with people from around the globe. Picrea already allows direct communication between vendors and attendees, but the Kaeluc Con Discord server will provide alternative communication. This will also provide an overall group-chat setting for the convention!
Along with having vendors, Kaeluc Con will have a showcase! Artists, writers, and cosplayers will be able to submit their work to be showcased on the website to celebrate Kaeluc. ❤New to this year, interactive activities will be hosted with exclusive prizes! There will be a total of three(3) main events that take place during the convention! Each activity will have multiple winners and exclusive prizes, with worldwide shipping covered! There will also be a Welkin Giveaway!

Admission Guidelines
✧ There is no entry fee for Kaeluc Con. It is 100% free to attend!
✧ Kaeluc con is rated Teen(14+), so attendees must be at least over the age of 14 to attend. Booths featuring 18+ content will be displayed at the convention, however, these booths will be marked accordingly and require age verification before viewing.
✧ Kaeluc con will be hosted on Picrea, a Japanese website that hosts virtual venues. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO SIGN UP BEFORE THE CONVENTION! It is also very beneficial to learn basic navigation for the website so you do not find yourself lost! Picrea is much more simple than it seems and is identical to Picsquare, the previous venue from 2023.Further information and thorough tutorials can be found on the Picrea page! ❤
✧ When Kaeluc Con starts, a Discord server will be available for participants while Pictsquare is live. Invitations for the server will be available at the time the convention debuts. This will be linked on the Discord page and posted on social media.
✧ Throughout the convention, all participants must be respectful towards each other. The developers of Kaeluc Con will not tolerate any sort of harassment towards attendees or vendors. There is a 0 tolerance policy for this.Any instance of harassment during the convention will lead to the participant being banned from both the Picrea venue and Discord server, and blacklisted from attending any future Kaeluc cons.
✧ You are responsible for your interactions and purchases from vendors! A quality test will be made for merchandise sold at the event as well as a check-list to keep track of which vendors have made progress with orders. However, if anything goes wrong (either with your product or the payment) — we ask you to communicate with the vendor and discuss the issue with them.
✧ Discussion of Luckae is prohibited.

Vendors
Kaeluc Con is currently taking applications for merchandisers interested in becoming vendors! We are looking for 25-50 participants.Applications will open August 11th, 2023 and close September 2nd 16th, 2023.
Merchandise can be any form of content, whether that's pins, keychains, lanyards, charms, art prints, or digital works. However, you are responsible for the making, selling, packaging, and distribution of your merchandise. During the con, your shop will be hosted on your booth located on Picrea. Attendees will view your shop directly from your booth for purchases. No payments will be processed through Picrea! Picrea is simply used as a venue for the convention and your booths.Picrea also allows vendors to communicate with their buyers real-time as well as walk around the venue. However, alternative communications will be provided through our Discord server which will debut during the con.
After vendors are selected and the date of the convention comes near, this page will feature previews of VIP vendors and others who will be selling at Kaeluc Con.❄️🔥
Guidelines
✧ You must be 18+ years or older to become a vendor in Kaeluc Con.
✧ Please have samples of your works in a Google Drive folder.
✧ Previous vendors who have yet to finish all orders from Kaeluc con 2023 are ineligible to apply until orders are completed.
✧ Not selling previous Kaeluc or Genshin Impact related merchandise will not affect whether or not you are accepted as a vendor. There is a first time for everything! ❤
✧ If you are new to Picrea, no worries! The staff will help you navigate and learn Picrea throughout development.
✧ Vendors will be responsible for following the Picrea tutorials and signing up for Discord, as well as setting up their booths, preparing and distributing their merchandise, and receiving payments.
✧ Please note that Pictsquare charges around $4.20 per booth register per event day. However, you will not be required to vend for all 3 days. **As of October 2023, Kaeluc con has moved its venue to Picrea. Currently, Picrea does not charge for booth registration.
✧ Merchandise cannot display Luckae or imply Luckae. This convention is strictly Kaeluc. We're sorry!
✧ 18+ merchandise is allowed, but must be marked and advertised accordingly. Age verification is required for these purchases.
✧ AI GENERATED ARTWORK AND NFT'S ARE STRICTLY BANNED. Any instances of a vendor selling AI generated artworks or non-fungible tokens will not only be disqualified, but banned from the convention entirely.
✧ SELLING MERCHANDISE OF STOLEN ARTWORKS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED AND RESULT IN AN IMMEDIATE AND PERMANENT BAN FROM KAELUC CON.
✧ After Vendors are selected, the Kaeluc Con team will reach out to you through the contact information provided in your application. You will then be invited to our Discord server early for further discussion and development!
✧ Kaeluc con staff will select a handful of vendors to be "VIP" status, in which they will be exclusively advertised to help drive participation and visibility of Kaeluc con.
✧ Throughout development, vendors will have a schedule and check-in guide to follow until the debut of Kaeluc con, such as registering their booth and linking their shop. The staff will also guide vendors through the booth registration period and any issues that arise. This is called the Circle Participation!
✧ Joining the Discord server and following development guidelines are a requirement. Accepted vendors who fail to do this will be disqualified. Once vendors are finalized, a link to the server will be sent to your email. You will have one week to join before being disqualified.
✧ Kaeluc Con will be carefully vetting vendor applications, so please send the strongest samples of your work!

How do I attend Kaeluc Con?
To participate in Kaeluc Con, check out the pages Picrea and Information to learn how! The convention will be held on the website, Picrea. Picrea lets you have your own avatar as you move around and check out booths. You will also be able to purchase merchandise and chat with vendors!IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO SIGN UP BEFORE THE CONVENTION! It is also very beneficial to learn basic navigation for Picrea so you do not find yourself lost! Think of this as getting your entry badge early, so you can walk through the doors with ease when the convention begins!
Are there requirements for attending?
There are very little requirements for Kaeluc Con. Importantly, Kaeluc Con is free of charge! (Except when purchasing from a vendor, of course). The staff for Kaeluc con is also nonprofit.Here's some simple information you'll need:
✧ This convention is rated Teen(14+).
✧ Throughout the convention, all participants must be respectful towards each other. The developers of Kaeluc Con will not tolerate any sort of harassment towards attendees or vendors. There is a 0 tolerance policy for this.Any instance of harassment during the convention will lead to the participant being banned from both the Picrea venue and Discord server, and blacklisted from attending any future Kaeluc cons.
✧ Attendees are responsible for their purchases and issues should be addressed with vendors regarding quality or payment. We'd like to reiterate that a quality test will be made, but it's the vendor's responsibility to follow our guidelines.
Is Luckae allowed?
The developers of Kaeluc Con recognize the change of dynamics between Kaeluc and Luckae. Kaeluc con is intended to be an event exclusively for fans who enjoy the dynamic of Kaeluc instead of Luckae.Unfortunately, Luckae is prohibited from being displayed as merchandise or showcased. Any discussion of the topic is strictly forbidden as well, even with good intention.However, as long as your merchandise or showcase piece isn't explicitly the dynamic of Luckae, your entry will be accepted. To elaborate, dynamics between Kaeya and Diluc that are vague and not exclusively Luckae are welcome.We're sorry for any disappointment!

Please note you will be responsible for registering your booth, taking payments, and shipping your physical products. I heard there was a showcase.
How can I join?
~~The submission form for the showcase can be found on the Showcase page!We are taking all different forms of fan content! Our main focuses are artworks, cosplay, and fan fiction. Both PAST and NEW works are accepted, as well as NSFW!!There will be a total of 30-40 entries per category which will be displayed as a slideshow on the Kaeluc Con website. There will also be descriptions and links to the original creators. Submissions will open December 1st, 2023 and close December 31st, 2023.To give every participant a fair chance, Kaeluc Con will be taking showcase applicants until the closing deadline, then randomizing the accepted entries after vetting applications. We will try to fit as many applicants as we can until we reach our maximum!Submissions have closed! Please contact us directly if you have any interest.

How do I join?
Discord is a text and voice chat service primarily targeted towards gamers, but also used for friend groups, meet-ups, events, and general fun! The biggest feature is that it allows you to join chat servers and connect with other users in real-time.
You are able to use this service both on your web browser and as a downloaded program.
Joining the Discord server and following development guidelines are a requirement for vendors. On the contrary, joining is purely optional for participants, but we strongly suggest it as a mobile alternative for communicating with vendors when Pictsquare is having issues with your phone!When the event is live, the server link will be listed on the front page along with the event page. We will also promote it on social media!
Schedule
Kaeluc Con 2024 will be held from March 1, 09:00 AM JST - March 4 09:00 AM JST! (GMT+9, 72 Hours)
Picrea requires event pages to be in JST. The event page will be released before the convention for participants to prepare. Picrea allows an event page to last an entire 72 hours, which means people of all timezones will have an opportunity to participate!

This Scavenger hunt encourages participants to explore the venue map and Kaeluc con website, as well as answer Kaeya & Diluc trivia. This event exclusively takes place during Kaeluc con and ends after the convention concludes.To win, participants must not only submit first, but also get all the correct answers! The Scavenger hunt list will be on a google form where you’ll submit your answers.
Prizes: There is a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prize, as well as general winner prizes up to 9th place. This means there are 9 WINNERS IN TOTAL! Winners must consent to disclosing personal information to staff so we may ship your prizes.Shipping is free and worldwide! The prizes are exclusive stickers crafted from various artists within Kaeluc con~! The Kamera Contest encourages participants to interact with other players within the game. This activity consists of photographing Kaeya and Diluc in a way that represents what Kaeluc means to you using your in-game Kamera! We strongly encourage you to partner up with another player to take photographs. Players may still participate as a single individual if they wish. The Serenitea Pot can help you!There are three categories: Romance, Comedy, & Overall. The staff will be the judges and will treat every participant on equal grounds without bias.Entries will be taken via Google Forms and photographs MUST be uploaded to a Google Drive.
Prizes

Romance: The photo that most represents the romance between Kaeya and Diluc, specifically displaying the dynamic of Kaeluc.Comedy: The funniest photo that displays the comedic shenanigans between Kaeya and Diluc as a couple. The type of comedy is your choice.Overall: The photo the judges enjoyed the most overall. All entries are combined for this. Every participant is eligible. If you submit to either category, your entry is also put into the Overall category.

✧ Kaeluc con is rated Teen(14+), so participants must be at least over the age of 14 to participate in the contest.
✧ Your photo must include both Kaeya and Diluc!
✧ We encourage you to connect with other fans of Kaeluc to take photos together! If two participants take photos together, please list your partner within your applications. There will be a section for this.
✧ If you choose to have a partner within your photo and one of the partners wins a category, then both individuals will be considered as winners!
✧ If you choose to have a partner and both submit applications, it's recommended to not submit the same photos within these applications. You have more of a chance to win if your applications have different photos!
✧ To clarify, you do not have to partner up in order to participate. You are more than welcome to take photos in single player as long as both Kaeya and Diluc are in the photo. The Serenitea Pot can help you!
✧ Participants may submit up to THREE(3) PHOTOS. Whether you submit all 3 into romance, or 2 for comedy and 1 for romance, is up to you.
✧ Participants are strongly encouraged to theme their photos around Windblume, however it is not necessary.
✧ Please list which category your photo is being submitted to in the file name. Example: Comedy1.jpeg , Romance2.png , etc.
✧ ALTERATIONS OF YOUR PHOTO IS FORBIDDEN. DO NOT EDIT YOUR PHOTO IN ANY WAY, WHETHER THIS IS TEXT, STICKERS, OR FILTERS. ANY INSTANCE OF THIS WILL DISQUALIFY YOU. Your photo must be straight from your in-game Kamera!
✧ SUBMITTING SOMEONE ELSE'S PHOTO THAT IS NOT YOU OR YOUR PARTNER'S IS FORBIDDEN. Any instance of this will disqualify you! Your entry must be entirely yours!
✧ YOU MAY ONLY SUBMIT ONE APPLICATION. Any instance of multiple submissions from a single participant will be disqualified! One Participant = One Application (3 Photos)
✧ THIS PICTURE MUST BE NEW! Please do not submit Kamera photos that were not intentionally shot for the purpose of the contest.
✧ YOUR PHOTO MUST HAVE YOUR GAME ID SHOWING! To validate your entry, the ID in the corner of your photo must be displayed. This is to make sure nobody is submitting another users photo. If you have a partner, whoever is submitting must have their ID's match.

How to register for Picrea
Displayed above is the Picrea home page! The top right is to login, the bottom is to sign up. Please click the bottom right button to sign up.
Displayed above is the Picrea Sign Up page. You may use 3 methods to sign up: Google email, Twitter, or Line. The staff heavily recommends signing up through Google email! There is no verification involved with signing up.If you are experiencing problems such as blank pages or endless loading, please temporarily turn off any auto-translators.
Once you are signed up, click the avatar icon located near the top right. You will then click the "Settings" tab, which is indicated by a gear icon. This is where you'll access your profile settings. Feel free to customize as you wish!
If needed, feel free to change your email and password under these tabs! Feel free to contact staff if you are having trouble with your sign-up process.

Entering the Venue
When the event page is live, you will be taken to a page that looks similar to this.
To enter the event, you will click one of the yellow boxes beneath "Event maps." On Picrea, venues can have multiple rooms just like a real venue building! Pick whichever one you'd like to start. We recommend picking the very first one.Make sure you've selected your sprite avatar prior to this since you'll automatically be loaded into the venue. See our avatar tutorial to learn how!
Once you click on the yellow box, you will get a pop-up that translates to the above. Please allow pop-ups on your computer so Picrea may work correctly! To prevent it from displaying again, click on the small box then proceed into the venue by clicking the yellow button.
Above is an example of what you will see when you load in! Kaeluc con will have it's own unique map. This one is just for reference. To move and look around, use the arrow keys. If you'd like to edit your avatar's settings, please look to the top right corner.
When you click settings, you will view the page below.
Feel free to change the settings as you wish.Now, let's move onto the UI! When you look near the bottom of the screen, there are a group of buttons that list some features. A translation is displayed below. There are two features you shouldn't worry about, so we've crossed them out.
If you click emotes, you are given a variety of emotes to react with. This will display above your avatar. Items are a special feature that have to be purchased.If you click the chat button, you will be taken to a pop-up page displayed below. Instead of your chat displaying above your avatar, Picrea has an overall group chat for the venue. This will be different from last year!An example of the chat box is displayed below.
Next is the search feature and the mini-map. When you click on the magnifine glass, or "Search Booths/Circles" you will be taken to the page below. This will list every vendor within the event including their booth number! This is a great way to find a particular booth you're looking for. The yellow buttons on the right are "Warp" buttons. If you click these, your avatar will be instantly transported to that booth/circle!
When you click on the Globe icon, it will take you to the mini-map displayed below! This will show you a basic overview of the venue and booth numbers. Please note that "ghost" listed below means that the table is not assigned to a vendor. The map will also indicate where you generally are in the venue using a red box outline.

To view a circle, otherwise known as a booth, you will need to stand in front of the table then click on it. You will then get a pop-up page. An example is displayed below!
Every booth/circle page has the following elements:
✧) Shop Content: This is a listing of the vendors main content and merch list! This will be the first box on the pop-up page. The overview of the shop is at the bottom of the page.
✧) Menu: This will be a description or image of all the items on sale. This is also considered a Catalog! It is an overview of featured merchandise.
✧) Message Post/Board: You can send messages to the artist who owns the table. This is like a message board!
✧) Chat: This allows you to message the vendor directly through Picrea. However, we heavily recommend going through the Discord channel for direct communication.
✧) Booth number: Each table has this as an “address” that helps you locate the artist. Each number is composed of one Hiragana and one number. We’ll release the venue map with the numbers a few days before the day of the event.
✧) Links: Near the bottom left of the screen is where you'll find links to the vendors shop along with their social medias!

Curious how to customize your avatar for Kaeluc Con? Go to your home page and view the sidebar, then click the Avatar icon that reads "アバター設定."

✧) If you wish to upload a custom avatar, the Image uploaded must be a single image of your avatar facing all directions, compiled as a 196px width, 128px height .png image.
✧) Size for 1 single square is 64px X 64px.
✧) Make sure the background is transparent.
✧) You can test your avatar in a test/demo venue at any time you'd like.
There are many bases and guides for making an avatar, as well as free ones people give away! Feel free to Google "ピクリエアバター" to find more custom avatars.

Circle Registration
When accepted as a vendor for Kaeluc Con, you will eventually participate in the circle registration! This is the period of time where vendors register their booths at the venue. Booths are referred to as Circles.Importantly, our event page will be live for 72 hours. Picrea charges 880 yen per booth registration. This is only $5.88!
Before you register your circle/booth for Kaeluc con, you first have to make one!

Registering your Booth/Circle
Now that you've made a circle, we can register it for Kaeluc con! Click on the yellow button to apply.
Make sure to select "Online web-event only."
Picrea allows you to upload a general catalog image or list each product individually. We heavily recommend making a catalog picture to upload! Listing each product individually can be a bit tedious, but feel free to do so if you wish.
Make sure to link your shop in the URL section! Remember: No payments for merchandise will be processed through Picrea! Each vendor will have their own individual shops.Once you hit the yellow button, you will be taken to a page where you will review your information. If your information is correct, scroll all the way down, click the small box, then hit the yellow "Confirm" box. You have now registered your circle!
Paying the Fee
Once you hit confirm, you will be taken to a confirmation page! You have the option to pay the fee now, or return to the event page and pay later. Let's assume you're paying the fee now. Click the right yellow box to continue.
Because the event page will last 72 hours, Picrea charges 880 yen per booth registration. This is only $5.88! This fee is from Picrea itself and has no relation to Kaeluc con. Leave the drop down box alone and click on the yellow button to continue.
Fill out the information below and hit the confirm box.
Once your payment is complete, you've successfully registered your booth! You can view your registered event by clicking on the "Favorite Events" tab that's marked with a star.If you are having trouble with processing payment, please contact a member of staff and we'll be more than happy to help you!
If you decided not to pay the fee at the moment of registration, you will see this notification above the event page when viewing it.

The showcase
Kaeluc con is looking for all different forms of fan content to display on our website during the convention! Our main focuses are artworks, cosplay, and literature.There will be a total of 30-40 entries per category which will be displayed as a slideshow on the Kaeluc Con website. There will also be descriptions and links to the original creators. For writers, there will be an excerpt taken from your writing and presented on the slideshow. Both PAST and NEW works are accepted!!Submissions will open December 1st, 2023 and close December 31st, 2023.Please note that the showcase is just for fun! Showcase participants are simply submitting works to be shown off by staff during the con. You will not have a booth nor enter the discord early during the development period like vendors will.To give every participant a fair chance, Kaeluc Con will be taking showcase applicants until the closing deadline, then randomizing the accepted entries after vetting applications. We will try to fit as many applicants as we can until we reach our maximum!
There are 3 submission categories: Artwork, Writing, and Cosplay.
Showcase Guidelines
✧ You must be 14+ in age to submit general works to the showcase.
✧ You must be 18+ in age to submit NSFW works to the showcase.
✧ As of October 2023, NSFW works are now permitted to be submitted to the showcase! These works will be featured privately to prevent public access to them. Further information will be announced soon.
✧ Please have your works in a Google Drive folder.
✧ You may only submit one application. Any instance of multiple submissions ends in a disqualification.
✧ Although only getting one application, you may submit up to three entries. Whether you submit three artworks, or one artwork, one writing, and one cosplay, is up to you.
✧ What you are submitting is what is being displayed! You will only be able to change your submission under selective circumstances after reaching out to the staff directly. No take backs!
✧ Luckae is not allowed. However, as long as your submission is not explicitly Luckae or implying Luckae relations, it will be accepted.
✧ AI GENERATED ARTWORK AND NFT'S ARE STRICTLY BANNED. Any instances of a participant submitting AI generated artworks or non-fungible tokens will not only be disqualified, but permanently banned from the convention.
✧ SUBMITTING ARTWORKS, WRITINGS, OR PHOTOGRAPHS WITHOUT PERMISSION THAT ARE NOT YOUR OWN IS CONSIDERED THEFT. You may not submit an application for someone else without permission! Any intentional instance of this will result in a permanent ban from Kaeluc con.
✧ By submitting your works, you are giving the staff of Kaeluc con permission to display your work on the Kaeluc con website and social media. Kaeluc con has no intention nor permission of redistributing, licensing, or selling your works. This is for fun, after all! ❤
